The Boma sits on the Victoria Falls Safari Lodge estate, a private reserve on the edge of Victoria Falls town rather than in the centre or right at the Falls themselves. It's a short drive from most of the town's hotels — close enough to be an easy evening out, but far enough that walking there after dark isn't the plan. Knowing it's an estate venue on the outskirts, not a town-centre restaurant, helps set expectations for how you'll get there and back.
Transfers and getting back
Optional round-trip hotel pickup and drop-off can usually be arranged for the Boma, and many visitors prefer it: it removes the need to organise a taxi late at night and means you can relax over dinner and the drumming without watching the clock for a ride home. Dining is in an open-sided boma under the stars, so the weather matters more than a dress code does. Dress is casual and practical rather than formal — comfortable clothes you don't mind getting a little face-paint or drum-dust on suit the evening better than anything smart.
